About Sarah Gunderson
My husband, Brian, I have were married in 2000 and relocated from Southeast Minnesota to Janesville nearly 10 years ago. In 2011 we moved again to a home on Lake Elysian where we are teaching our children the value of hard work as we renovate & enjoy the benefits of lake living. We enjoy an active role in our community and children’s school events and absolutely love all that the Mankato area has to offer our family.

Q&A With Sarah
Why did you choose to be a realtor?
I became a realtor because I enjoy working with people and love a challenge! The relationships gained from this job are like no other. I enjoy hearing from clients far beyond the closing of a sale.
What is the key to success?
Hard work. I’m not afraid to put forth the extra effort that this position sometimes requires. I work when my clients need me… nights, weekends, & occasionally holidays.
What do you do for fun?
In my free time I enjoy boating with my family, participating in activities with the kids, landscaping our home, and getting together with friends.
My favorite dining out treat is a toss-up between Olive Garden’s unlimited minestrone soup & salad with glass of Moscato and TGIFriday’s Jack Daniels burger & a margarita. Yum!!
My home is full of colors found in nature. Green is my favorite. I also love a burnt red or pumpkin color as an accent.
3 words your best friends would use to describe you?
If she was being funny… “Can’t. Take. Anywhere.” If she was being serious, she would say I’m a very loyal and always there when she needs me. 😉
Fall. I love the colors of the season, the weather, comfortable jeans with t-shirts & campfires.
